Terms & Privacy

1. Licenses

Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for the purchased duration. Licenses are bound to one account and one PC (HWID). Sharing, reselling or redistributing keys, accounts or software is prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, dump, modify, tamper with or circumvent the protection of the loader or the products, nor attempt to emulate our servers. Detected attempts lead to immediate termination of the license without refund.

3. Integrity protection & automatic removal

To protect our software, the loader checks its own integrity and the environment it runs in (for example: attached debuggers, memory or disassembly tools, virtual machines). When tampering is detected, the loader stops the product, sends a report to us and removes its own files (the loader executable, its temporary files and its settings folder). It never touches any other file on your computer.

4. Data we collect

  • Account data: username, password (stored only as a secure hash), your two-factor authentication key (stored encrypted, used only to check your login codes) and your access status (pending or approved). We don't ask for your email to create an account.
  • Device identifier (HWID): a one-way hash derived from your hardware, used to bind your license to your PC.
  • Technical data: IP address, loader version, login and session timestamps.
  • Security reports: when a protection check triggers, the type of event and the names of the detected tools. We don't collect your files or your full process list.
  • Orders: order ID and email provided by our payment processor (SellAuth) to deliver your key.

We use this data only to provide the service, deliver and protect licenses and prevent abuse. We don't sell it. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us or on Discord.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by SellAuth. Keys are digital content delivered immediately. If something doesn't work, contact support and we'll do our best to solve it.

6. Third parties

NEXUS isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, VALORANT and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
